When you book tickets online using the corporate ticket office, you don’t select the 4DX film. It is up to the recipients of the tickets to do so. They will have one year to choose their desired screening. Traditionally, the films on offer are the latest all-action blockbusters (that enable the special effects in the auditorium to be used), or animated features, to keep younger audiences happy.

Can you consume food and drink during the screening?

In the Kinepolis auditorium, drinks containers are permitted if they have a secure and suitable lid. As for hot drinks, they must be handled with care, and the same goes for popcorn. Note that “bar vouchers” are available for purchase, via the online corporate ticket office.

Are there any counter-indications for certain people?

The 4DX technology is not recommended for people suffering from high blood pressure or heart problems, those with an injury, back or neck problems, a disability or a medical problem, nor is it recommended for those suffering from epilepsy, pregnant women, people with hypersensitivity or people who are intoxicated (drugs, alcohol etc.). It is not recommended, either, for those who are allergic to perfumes and chemical products or prone to travel sickness.

Finally, it is not suitable for those under 102 cm in height, and it requires the presence of an accompanying adult for children aged 4 to 7.
